Process is therefore key to shaping content and maximising effectiveness. We artfully design, host and offer processes to strategically intervene, implement and maximise results in individual, team, organisational, community settings.

Our approach and focus is that you as our client feels skillfully listened to and deeply appreciated. We create the appropriate “ground” for your needs to be embraced and met. Values such as honesty, trust, and sincerity underpin our work with you or your team. Theory, action, and methodologies are emerging subsequently and held in a feedback loop to our values and ethos of practice.
 
What do you consider as authenticity and how important is it for you to sense it?
We rely on authenticity – and we invite authenticity. At Synergy authenticity is understood as that “what is”, what operates from the core of authority, and that “what is deeply felt meaningful for individual and social development processes.”  It may be that your meaningful purpose is to enliven your organization or to realize your vocation so that it can flourish and thrive.
 
Values – Courage – Self-awareness – Dialogue – and the power of Questions – are the qualities of Synergy’s excellence (Greek: ἀρετή/areti) gaze-openers and horizon-expanders to new possibilities, decision making and solutions.

Beauty, “ομορφιά” in Greek (meaning what has shape and form, giving form to what is co-created) is both our guiding inspiration and principle along the way as well as our goal of co-creative process.
