Synergy was founded in 2009 as a space for collaboration for people who dare to dream and act in service of humanity, social change and innovation, collective intelligence, creativity, empathy and support.
Its starting point and destination as well as its heart beat is defined by its name and its profound meaning:
Synergy -  "Συνέργεια".

Synergy is inspired by the global innovative movements and initiatives for building vibrant organisations  and communities, social change, training and development. It brings forth  the local unique characteristics of Rhodes and Greece, the “glocal”, the networked and the universal power of authentic life force.  It is oriented towards supporting individual, collective and organizational health. It fosters learning, healing and growth utilizing practices, tools, processes and techniques coming from the fields of counseling and mentoring, systemic theory and practice, organisational development and transformation, living systems, wisdom traditions, community building, play and the power of arts and creative expression.

In its 7 year journey now, Synergy has grown… in practice, clarity and contribution. In this turning time for humanity, in high complexity at so many levels, a time of system collapse and tremendous newness…where/when structures and people are in huge transition, we know the stakes are high.  We also know that the power in enabling, hosting and directing this immense potential towards transformation resides in trusted relationships, in growing resilience, giving space to the new, amplifying it and in masterfully holding the infinite paradoxes. It is also interdependent to enhancing our capacity to be there, at the tension between the old and the new together, at the very Edge: Together.

It is a Systemic Shift. It is a Culture’s Shift, A New Civilization and Consciousness is Being Born and we are deeply committed to help it rise: hands on. Together with the ones who believe in their true calling, the callers, our partners and co-practitioners, the communities we serve and want to build anew, with you, with Life itself.  We are building it from where we are, where we spring and thrive…

*Emerald is ...our view of "Teal" and beyond as we stand gazing at the World from the shores of Rhodes, which has been reknowned as "the emerald island of the Mediterranean" over the centuries. Teal corresponds to the optimum, contemporary evolutionary breakthrough in human collaboration according to Frederic Laloux (see his book "Reinventing Organisations: A Guide to Creating Organizations Inspired by the Next Stage in Human Consciousness", 2014).
