Re-inventing Organisations in Critical Conditions
This is an event combining the elements of closing celebration, participatory harvest of the whole international gathering and an introduction into "Teal Organisations" for the Greek participants.
We will be creatively working on your own burning questions and hot issues related to the central theme of "thriving organisations" in the relaxed and inspirational atmosphere of the hellenic symposium: Feeding mind and body in the creative παρέα*/parea mode!
Some of our questions of focus are:

and empower your teal capacity for thriving organisations!
This event is also designed and aiming to offering the opportunity to the Greek business leaders and members of organisations to join a dynamic network of collaboration, feedforward and evolution around the innovative practice, structures and operation of "teal organisations" in Greece and globally.
Cost:
Reduced "early bird" fee till the 12th of September: 50 euros
Full fee after the 12th of September: 75 euros
Special discount of two participants or teams: 25%.
Note: The event is addressed to the local Greek business people but is open to everyone who would like to join us, just for this. The working language of the Σymposium is english with the possibility of Greek translation of the key-concepts, if needed.
*"παρέα" can be translated as: togetherness, being in good company of friends or ...the core of collective creativity and joy.
